What is my role as your holistic health, wellness, and lifestyle coach?

First and foremost, I am a master of habit change! I can help you become your most authentic self--the person you want to be. My philosophy for transforming your life begins with a journey that will unlock who you are, why you do the things you do, who you want to be and then develop an individualized program that will give you the skills and provide accountability and support to transform yourself mind.body.soul.

I do this by:

  •   Helping you to pin-point your priorities
  •   Set realistic, reachable goals
  • Make action plans
  • Provide emotional support and accountability with curiosity and without judgement
  •   Show you the mind.body.soul.connection and how important this relationship is to long term change
  •   Guide you to have a purposeful balanced life

How can I help you do this?

  •   Do you have a chronic illness such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, auto-immune disorder, weight control management? A holistic approach can help you to care for yourself beyond your medical doctor by suggestion alternative ways to manage disease. I will work in conjunction with your medical professionals to implement changes they want you to make to ensure you are able to meet and exceed your health and wellness goals.
  • Act as a neutral third party to help you find the mind.body.soul.connection to help with anxiety and stress due to your illness and provide new therapies to help deal with these problems. Let me help you understand how our mental wellness affects our physical wellness and how to overcome the disconnect between the two.
  • What is your heart's desire? What have you always wanted to do but didn't think you could or had the resources to pursue. Are you feeling stuck in your own life and want to get a push to move forward? Let me help you move forward to find your bliss!
  •   By understanding what drives us to make the decisions we make I can help you overcome previous failures and find the path to lifestyle changes that will make permanent changes happen.

My specialty lies in:

  •   Enabling you to see your life through fresh eyes!

Allow me to take 45 minutes of your time to talk with you one-on-one to determine what your goals are and then how we can work together to make these goals and desires your reality. I can then design an individual 90-day transformation (some programs could be 28 days or 14 days depending on what we are targeting) that provides weekly one-on-one sessions, email and text message support within 24 hours of reaching out for help (usually it will be sooner but a like to give myself a cushion).
